It’s an opportunity for us to connect and figure out the best path forward. No strings attached, no pressure. Just a real conversation about you, what you are looking for, and how I might help you.

For all the reasons that coaching can support you

• Customized coaching packages to meet your unique needs (minimum six sessions). Packages include bi-weekly 55 minute sessions and include an initial 90-minute Discovery session to refine your goals and build our coaching relationship

• Ongoing support that may include email check-ins in-between sessions as well as resource-sharing of books, articles or links that support your exploration and progress

• Change and action take time. I recommend a minimum of six sessions over a 3-month period. Longer engagements may be more appropriate and we can determine that together. After the initial package, additional support may be scheduled on a monthly basis.

• 14 coaching sessions to be used over a period of six months which includes one 90-minute Discovery session and thirteen 55-minute coaching sessions

• Ongoing support that may include email check-ins in-between sessions as well as resource-sharing of books, articles or links that support your exploration and progress

• Third party assessments may be used if desired and as appropriate, and are paid for directly by the client

Investment: $3500 paid in full prior to the first session

One-off coaching sessions when you just need to work through that “one thing” and want a cheerleader and supporter in your corner to help you think it through and move forward. 

• We will partner together in a laser-focused 55 minute session

• You will receive follow-up email each time for additional support and accountability 

Investment: $200 per session

Resume and cover letter review, skill assessment, search strategies, and interview practice

Investment: $150/hour. May be added to any coaching package or a stand-alone service
